I just found this out. Carole Tredille was Runner Up in Miss France 1985 competition but she turned to do adult videos in early 90's. Here's a video which actually even ended her adult actress career (I don't know the exact reasons why so though, would love to hear if someone knows?) and it's quite hardcore BDSM especially at that time. I think it was even against French laws and the director of it got into at last some sort of trouble.
